Admiral Albert Macaulay (Rtd.)
He holds a B.Sc. Hons. degree in Economics from the University of Jos and M.Sc. Hons. degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. He is a Certified National Accountant (CNA), being a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
He started his career with the Nigerian Navy and retired as a Rear Admiral. During his career in the Nigerian Navy, he held various appointments including Chief of Accounts and Budgets, Naval HQ; Command Accounts and Budget Officer, Eastern Naval Command and Naval Training Command; Directing Staff, Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji; Moderator/Directing Staff at the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, amongst others. Post-retirement, he currently sits on the Board of a number of companies spanning Maritime, Financial Services, Real Estate and Construction sectors amongst other. He is married with four children, and is a member of Ikoyi Club, Metropolitan Club of Lagos and Lagos Motor Boat Club.
Mr. Bola Aruna
Mr. Bola Aruna is a seasoned banker and real estate player with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage real estate industry. He graduated from Lagos State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and later bagged a Master's degree in Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Bola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Marketing. He has attended various professional courses both locally and abroad.
Bola started his career with Union Trust Building Society Ltd as a Graduate Trainee in 1996, he worked in several mortgage Banks over the years. He was invited in 2007 to set up GT Homes Ltd (a subsidiary of GT Bank Plc) which later changed its name to Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Ltd, as a manager and group head of credit and marketing, reporting to the Managing Director with other duties in project management, credit analysis, structured and real estate finance, strategic planning and business development. Bola later rose to the position of General Manager and Deputy Managing Director at Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Ltd before leaving in 2018 to set up his own real estate company Oakwood Heights Limited. Bola is happily married to a lovely woman and blessed with adorable children.
Mr. Haruna Abiri
A seasoned Administrator with 15 year's experience in Commercial and Mortgage banking. He is a graduate of Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic and a postgraduate diploma holder from Lagos State University. He was Group Head of Corporate Service at Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank, where he re-engineered and rebranded the Bank then GTHomes Limited a subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.
He is a business strategist who has consulted for setups and sits on their boards for advisory and performance management drives, he has attended various human capacity training over the span of 20 years and he majors in Human resources and strategic business finance.
Mr. Babajide Amos Oyetuga
He has over 15 years experience in banking, financial planning and administration. He is currently a Saskatchewan licensed Real Estate Broker, Notary Public and commissioner of Oath. He graduated from University of Ibadan in 1994 with Bachelor of Science in Economics, first class honors. He also holds Master's degree in Economics with specialty in Petroleum Economics from same University in 1997. He also holds Masters of Administration from University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada with specialty in International trade and foreign aid.
Damilola Macaulay
She is a corporate strategist, working with growing businesses in developing and executing strategic plans towards the achievement of their organizational goals.
She is currently the Head of Strategy at Cresting Star Corporate Trading Ltd., overseeing the company's interests in the Real Estate, Agricultural, and IT Sectors in Nigeria. Prior to this, Damilola Macaulay was a Management Consultant at KPMG Advisory Services; working with companies in Oil and Gas (Upstream and Downstream), Manufacturing, Real Estate, Media, Education, Power and the Public Sector amongst others.
She has an academic background in Political Science and Human Resource Management from Covenant University, Ogun State, and Leeds University Business School (LUBS), University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
